Garlic Pork Ribs

These pork ribs are tasty & easy to make & we all love to eat.

Ingredients :
500g pork ribs, cut into smaller pieces
1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbps tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp corrinder roots. chopped
1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
pepper
some cornflour for coating just before frying

Method:
- Season pork ribs 2 hours
- Add some sornflour before frying
- Heat up oil till hot, fry pork ribs till brown.

* You can reduce the amount of fish sauce & light sauce if its too salty.

What's for dinner ??


I tried out a new western recipe for my family today. Chicken with blackberry sauce. Actually the recipe calls for rasberry sauce, but i could not get it, so i change it to blackberry instead.

Chocolate Macaroons !!


These are my chocolate macaroons that i made today, they got "feet". But i think i still need to improve on it.

I made this 2.5kg Black Forest cake for my brother's birthday. Happy Birthday Aquila !!

Cranberry Coffee Cake

I made these cranberry coffee cake, its goes very well with tea & coffee.


Ingredients :
115g butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup sour cream
1/2 can whole cranberry

Method :
-Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
-Grease the bandt pan
-Sift the flour, baking power, baking soda & salt
-Cream the butter & sugar till light & fluffy
-Add in the eggs 1 at a time until incorporated, add vanilla essence
-Add in the sifted flour, alternating with the sour cream, ending with the flour
-Pour half the mixture into a greased bandt pan
-Add in 1/2 of the cranberry on top of the mixture
-Add the other half mixture in
-Put the remaining cranberry on top & just mix a bit using a spoon.
-Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 40 mins -45 mins
