Wu Xi Pai Gu

Tried cooking this wu xi pai gu. First i got to fry it, then cook it in a pot until the water is reduced, then after that i got to steam it. A lot if work involved !! But the meat is very tender.

Sweet & Sour Fish

I took out the centre bones of the fish, then i deep fried the fish., after that i made a sweet & sour sauce to pour on top of the fish.
