SAS County Fair

My friend Angela ask me to donate some cakes for the SAS county fair. I made 2 cranberry cakes. The first one is in the shape of a sandcastle, the other one is using the Fleur De Lis bundt pan.

The sandcastle cake will be sold as a whole cake

Cod Fish

I cooked cod fish for dinner. I made a sauce to pour over after frying the cod fish.

Hor Fan

I learned how to cook hor fan. I tried cooking it at home :)

Happy Valentine's Day

Its Valentine's Day cum Chinese New Year. My hubby cook fried rice paradise and fried squid balls. He does not cook often. Its really very nice and it has a lot of ingredients inside. I made a heart shape black forest cake. I really need to improve on the writing on my cake. Thank u my dear for cooking lunch for us :)

Dress Cookies

My friend Angela ask me to make some cookies for her friend's fund raising event, proceeds will go to the bridge building in Bali, Indonesia. I decided to make 12 dress cookies :)
