I made this shoyu ramen after i learned how to cooked it. After i rolled up the pork belly, i need to fry until the outer layer is golden brown, then we can put it in the stock to braise for 2.5 hours.

Ayam Buah Keluak

I love to eat ayam buah keluak. This is a Nonya dish. I always wanted to try cooking it but am afraid to do it. One day my friend gave me 10 buah keluak, so i decided that it is time for me to try and cook it. Am so happy that it turn out very nice !!

Tahu Bakso

My mum taught me how to make tahu bakso. This is an indonesian dish. It's a little bit like our yong ta hu that you get here except the sauce is different. This is so good !!
