I made this shoyu ramen after i learned how to cooked it. After i rolled up the pork belly, i need to fry until the outer layer is golden brown, then we can put it in the stock to braise for 2.5 hours.

I love to eat ayam buah keluak. This is a Nonya dish. I always wanted to try cooking it but am afraid to do it. One day my friend gave me 10 buah keluak, so i decided that it is time for me to try and cook it. Am so happy that it turn out very nice !!
