Mini Peng Cai

For Chinese New Year, I decided to cook something different. A mini peng cai ! I found the recipe from the newspaper. In this peng cai, it has fresh scallops, pressed toufu, dried oysters, dried mushrooms, roasted pork belly, abalone and black moss and broccoli which is hidden at the bottom of the clay pot.
Ready peng cai for CNY dinner !
